Charu Suri is a multi award-winning jazz pianist and composer who has forged a new sound in jazz by combining a trio with Sufi sounds and Indian ragas. She is a proud voting member of the Recording Academy (Grammys) and became the first female Indian jazz composer to premier work at Carnegie Hall.
